Sometimes when your goals don’t seem to work and your to do list isn’t helpful, you might have too big tasks and need to chop them down into more manageable pieces. This can be done by thinking about the task or goal at hand and figuring out what the components of that task are. Too big tasks or goals, don’t motivate to get things done and they are often difficult to schedule.
Use this as an example for chopping your tasks and see if it would help you get motivated, efficient and productive.
